Substantiation and selection of power machines for aggregation of agricultural machines
Abstract
The article substantiates the method of determining the type of energy resources required for the aggregation of agricultural machinery when performing mechanized technological operations. Indicators for power machines, which must be taken into account when completing machine units to ensure their optimal composition: tangential traction, crumple coefficient of the tires, coefficients of adhesion of the drive unit to the ground, resistance to movement, fuel consumption in different modes.
The dependence of the crumple coefficient of the tires on the surface hardness is determined. As the hardness of the surface on which the energy means moves, the crumple coefficient of the tires decreases. In addition, the presence of lugs provides a decrease in the crumple coefficient of the rubber tires, and a decrease in pressure in the tires leads to an increase in their crumple coefficient.
The implementation of the traction capabilities of power machines depends significantly on the coefficient of adhesion of the driving apparatus to the ground, which is influenced by the type of travel vehicles of the power machines, the structure and surface hardness for agricultural machines, and the soil resistivity.
In order to determine the dependence of the coefficient of adhesion of different types of engines on soil hardness, field studies and theoretical calculations were performed.
Field research and theoretical calculations were performed to determine the coefficient of rolling resistance of power machines. The influence of soil hardness and engine type on the value of this coefficient is determined.
All of the above must be taken into account when creating mathematical models for the process of choosing an power machines, based on predetermined machines and types of their working parts.
