Abstract

Effective implementation of the mathematical apparatus for modeling the dynamics of moving grain mixes for vibrosieves became possible due to the use of the analogy with the motion of a viscous incompressible fluid. The theory constructed axially symmetric circular movements of the grain layer inside the cylindrical vibrosieve performing uniform rotational movement about a vertical axis and longitudinal harmonic oscillations require additions and clarifications. In the article mathematical expressions for the absolute components of speeds of the vesiculate pseudo fluidized mixture that designs the dynamics of grain mixture on cylindrical sieves vibrocentrifugal separators. Built axisymmetric solution of the initial-boundary value problem involves the use of modified Bessel functions and Kelvin and has a fairly complicated. The definition of these functions requires the use of appropriate algorithms and software environments. The resulting approximate expression for determining the absolute velocity field of steady-state motion of the layer of the vesiculate mixture. The resulting development of the theory of expression for the components of the relative velocity of steady motion of the circular grain layer can control the quality and productivity of the process of sifting cylindrical vibrosieves. Expressions can be used for modeling processes in vibratory centrifugal separators in both steady and transient modes of movement of the grain mixture.
