Analysis of agricultural machines design techniques
Abstract
Planning of machines, that would provide effective implementation of technological processes in small farms, will give an opportunity to realize the necessary mechanized processes with minimum capital investments, that it is important at the high cost of agricultural technique and small areas of farms. Now absent methodologies of creation of agricultural machines are taking into account the wide row of factors of functioning in the real terms of exploitation. At planning of machines it follows to take into account technological processes, in that the involved machines, and external environments on the basis of criteria of quality with the use of methods of the system planning on the different stages of creation of machines. Change of method of realization of operation can cause a change and technological process a machine. Id est the critical size of change of structure of machine as a technical system results in a quality change in technological processes. As well as vice versa: quality changes in forming of technological processes conduce to the changes in machines, that is involved in them. The estimation of size and quality of changes criteria that is formed on the basis of necessities of technological process or public necessities serve as. The use of methods of the system planning on the different stages of creation of machines would allow to offer quality new going near the construction of machines, to set the new ways of their realization. For realization of these methods it is expedient to take advantage of method of mediating disjunction for the choice of structure of machine on the set criterion.
