Evaluation of traction-dynamic properties based on acceleration of the tractor
Abstract
The need to evaluate the functioning of the MTU is one of the most important problems of modern science. With high probability it can be argued that, as the traction tractor concept and evaluation methods trailer dynamic and economic properties require changes in the modern tractor. Of particular relevance of these issues are in the evaluation of the parameters of the traction foreign tractors largest energy saturation. Conventional traction tests do not allow to evaluate the potential of tractors, so to realize the power of the engine through a power tractor propellers very difficult. It should also be noted that the classical traction characteristics do not take into account the dynamic loads of the tractor when the manufacturing operation. The paper analyzes and identified a number of significant shortcomings of the existing MTU research methods. The proposed assessment methodology trailer dynamic and economic properties of tractors will allow to take into account the stochastic load in the performance of manufacturing operations and get the dynamic traction characteristics. One of the drawbacks of the proposed method is the need for a rather complex analytical processing of the experimental results, and a large enough value for the quality of the results has qualified scientific personnel. Developed analytical authoring software that allows to reduce the complexity of processing the results and allow the use of the method shown in the agricultural enterprises without the involvement of highly qualified scientific personnel. The proposed program has the ability to conduct real-time processing of the measurement results and automatically calculate the values of traction and efficient power, speed. The calculation results are displayed in the form of a graph; you can also get the results in digital values for further processing.
