Abstract

The technological innovation is one of the most effective tools to ensure competitiveness and crosscutting coordination for strategic development of agro-industrial production. Today the domestic agro sector is standing on the level of transition from the ordinary agriculture to the agro industrial production, which does not allow provide the central role of technology transfer and the necessary stability of production. From the standpoint of building innovative systems for plant production field the methodological approaches formation and evaluation of technological innovation as system solutions are relevant and strategically important.
