Raising quality of work indicators for implementation of tillage hinged units
Abstract
The article discusses the influence of tractor mounted systems on the quality indicators of tillage operations. Tillage, which primarily concerns the primary tillage is the regulator of agro, agro-chemical and biological processes that deliver improved crop yield. The effectiveness of tillage work is closely connected with quality indicators of their performance, including compliance with a predetermined depth of soil cultivation to the extent permitted agronomic conditions. The analysis of results use of modern agricultural mounted aggregates has shown that performance of tillage work occurs with significant deviations from the agronomic conditions. The reason for this is the perception of an instrument of long-base half of the longitudinal vibrational motion of the tractor through his hitch that causes a change in position of the working bodies in the vertical plane and leads to a deterioration in the overall quality performance. Improve quality indicators is possible by improving the system of the implement to the tractor connection. As a result of research and analysis revealed advantages tractor mounted system in which the front hinge linkage, linkage and the rear axle of the tractor wheels are aligned. For carrying out field research we used the tractor KhTZ-200 and plow-disc cultivator КLD-3.0. As a result of research in the field with uneven relief detected that mean square deviation of working bodies of cultivator КLD-3.0 attached to the tractor KhTZ-200 through experimental mounted system decreased compared with the same cultivator attached to the tractor via a serial test portion.
