Problems and prospects improvement of politics ecological safety in Ukraine

Abstract

On the modern stage of development of civilization, a ponderable value acquires the search of optimal cooperation between a natural environment and satisfaction of base necessities of society. One of backer-ups of all-round account of social, economic and ecological interests of society is ecological politics of the state, that will be realized foremost through the system of ecological management. It is prescribed in Constitution of Ukraine, that providing of ecological safety and maintenance of ecological equilibrium on territory of Ukraine is the duty of the state. Exactly the state determines the possible forms of the use of nature protection potential on the basis of planning, stimulation and control.Perfection of politics of ecological safety is: presence of strategy of the ecological state, permanent informing of population of ecological problems with the purpose of overcoming of ecological informative isolation of power and population of Ukraine, modernization of control system of politics of ecological safety, applications of naturally-economy technologies and forming of ecological limitations (standards), input of CAS of monitoring and strengthening of responsibility for violation in the field of ecology, modernization of multilevel control system by ecological safety, that combines state, regional, local and public ecological administration, globalization ecological problem. Problems of perfection of structure and character of functioning of the system of ecological management conditioned by the objective necessities of scientific ground and accompaniment of process of transformation of operating and creation of new organizational structures managements that can effectively function in the conditions of market environment and democratization of all spheres of public life, in the conditions of globalization. It requires not only further development of theory management but also clear determination of her subject field for making of theory methodological base of the researches sent to the increase of efficiency of organizational cooperation in the system of ecological management. An ecological management comes forward as means of harmonization of relations of society and nature in the context of global tendencies of ecologization of vital functions of humanity, realization of practical actions on a way to the ecologically-balanced menage. Therefore, in the process of realization of ecological management the state it is necessary to take into account, both objective processes of self-government in the wild and necessity of purposeful management by an environment in interest’s society.
