Investigation of displacement of crushed soil in a vertical plane under the action of rotary tillage machines
Abstract
Analysis of scientific and technical information and of work experience by mechanical inter-row tillage has been conducted. The feasibility of using active working bodies for inter-row tillage was justified. The problem of justifying the rational parameters of active workers was highlighted. For this purpose, theoretical studies of displacement crushed soil in a vertical plane under the action of working organ were performed. Terms of soil movement in the working zone of the rotary working body were identified. The mathematical model of the interaction of the rotary working body with the soil was obtained. According to the resulting model the rational parameters of rotary working bodies have been substantiated. They are provides an effective milling and mixing of the soil without the removal of its layers to the surface of the field.
