Research impacts on uniformity tillage depth of disking
Abstract
The article investigates agronomic requirements machine aggregates with disk working organs. Today they are used to perform quality research mechanized manufacturing operation. According to the research demonstrated that some indicators, with the existential conditions, have lost their relevance and are optional for the study, because they are replaced by an electronic control system. But the defined indicators which essentially influence development of the root system of the plant and, as a consequence, on the the implementation of biological potential of agriculture and not previously accounted. The materials of the article presents the results of the research indicators of work machine units in the field under tillage disk working organs in different farms of Sumy region. We investigated as machines of domestic production and foreign production: МТЗ 892 + УДА-2,4, New Holland + Quivogne APXTL 36, ХТЗ 17221 + УДА-3,1, Fendt 360 + Fradit 6000, К 701 + СОЛОХА, Т-150 + УДА-3,8, John Deere 8400 + БДТ-10, Т-150К + БДТ-7,0А, Fendt 936 + БГР 6,7, Case 270 + БГР 4,2. During the research indicators of the quality work in the performance machine aggregates disking used various methods and devices that provide maximum accuracy studies. The aim was to explore existing and alternative methods of adjusting the depth of processing machines with disk working organs, while ensuring optimal conditions for the growth and development of agrarian culture. Thus, the carried out researches and obtained results on regulation the depth speed of the disking, change the angle of attack workers batteries and the use of additional ballast, mounted on the machine frame.
