Abstract

In the article, as a result of the analysis domestic and foreign publishing proved that to increase the yield of viable micro-objects (sperm, embryos) after cryopreservation i necessary semen doses and dose animal embryos to handle low-intensive acoustic field before cryopreservation. To optimize the conditions of the low-temperature preservation of animal semen doses, in order to increase the stability of microscopic animals to low temperatures, it is necessary to conduct theoretical research, depending on the power and frequency of the acoustic waves. Tests to improve the vitality of the sperm and embryos of animals in their cryotreatment, using low-intensity acoustic field should be based on the resonance method dielkometria millimeter wave. Necessity, the creation of a highly sensitive dielkometrias system in the process of cryopreservation of microscopic animals possible with the use of a highly stable source of EHF radiation on the basis of the dielectric resonator with the vibrations of "whispering gallery".
