Recearch of bale rotation process on the supporting-driving rollers
Abstract
The dynamics process of haylage bale wrapping by polymeric tape is researched and the analytical dependences among constructive and kinematic parameters of wrapper and physical-mechanical, especially rheological properties of the compressed haylage mass bale are formulated. The interaction of support-drive rollers with the haylage bale is considered due to condition of hard roller and visco-elastic-plastic bale of haylage. Applying the principle of Voltaire the analytical dependence describing the patterns of parameters change of haylage bale deflected mode depending on the of elastic modulus of uniaxial compression (stretching) and shear with the bale strain coefficients are derived which are the variable over time. A solution of the dependence of roll/move of the elastic-viscous roll (bale) on the hard roller using an elastic task is proposed. According to given the horizontal Uk x[ ] and vertical k x( ) V displacements of the bale, with applying of the Muskhelishvili ratio and replacing Voltaire operators by the Lame parameters the dependence of bale normal pressure on rollers are obtained for actions tangential and normal tensions arising in the area of contact. After entering the some assumptions, including that the χ operator is a function of the coefficient of transverse deformation and using the Sohotskyio-Pleme ratio two singular equation are received. The first of which serves to determine of the Р( )s normal pressure of rollers and bale, and the second – to determine of the shear tensions τ in the contact zone. Analytical dependence for determining the shear tensions at the x = −а , x b = , 1 с = 0 points of contact is obtained depending on parameters of kernel of creeping, elastic modulus of the first and second type, speed of rolling, roller radius, coefficient of transverse and longitudinal strain and initial and long-term normal tensions.
