Experimental studies of the working fluid leaks in the pumping node aggregates volume hydraulic drive transmission
Abstract
Analysis of literature demonstrated that volumetric hydraulic transmissions of mobile machines, which includes an adjustable axial piston hydraulic pump and the axial piston fixed displacement motors used in agriculture today. Also reviewed to ensure the operational reliability of machines of this type. It revealed that the average resource volume hydraulic drive is much less than the manufacturer. This state of matter is due to: first – a violation of the operation rules, and secondly - the poor quality of repair and maintenance work. Also established that one of the reasons for the poor quality of repair a hydrodrive units is the lack of normative and technical documentation for the repair reasonable structural parameters of technical condition the main components and interfaces of a hydrodrive units. Analysis of the literature showed that most number of failures falls on the wear of mating "distributor – Extension bottom" pumping unit a hydrodrive. For this pairing is theoretically justified the structural parameters technical condition, but the findings need experimental studies. For experimental research used laboratory plant made at the department reliability and repair of machines DSATU and developed a method of experiment. Experimental studies have been carried out, which allowed to establish the relationship between the size of the gap and the leakage of the working fluid, as well as to substantiate the value of the boundary value of the structural parameter. The results showed that the difference between the experimental and theoretical results do not exceed 10%. The results will be used to determine the structural parameters of acceptable technical condition of the coupling.
