Method of intensification of seeds crops vital activity
Abstract
The review of the patent for a method of increase in efficiency of process of activization of viability of seeds and growth and development of plants by monochromatic optical radiation on the basis of use of incoherent or coherent (laser) radiation has been presented in article. The light stream in processing by monochromatic optical radiation spatially is focused concerning a germ of seeds if beams fall at right angle on a germ. It provides individual targeted influence with a certain dose of illumination. Group preplant treatment is proposed to carry out during the seeds putting in clamps, which improves the storage of seeds; and during the process of seeds pouring from clamps into seeder for sowing, which activates the seeds before sowing. Individual preplant treatment is proposed to carry out directly in the seeder of precision sowing before planting. Use of the offered method in comparison with other methods of presowing seeds provides targeted delivery of monochromatic optical radiation to a germ of seeds that influences increase in productivity, resistance to diseases and increases in a period of storage of seeds of crops. The biological component of the offered method has been checked in vitro. Influence of processing seeds by the monochromatic optical radiation of red range on energy of germination and laboratory viability of seeds, dynamics of dry mass of endosperm and sprouts, contents of spare substances and activity of hydrolytic enzymes in the sprouting barley seeds has been studied. Monochromatic optical radiation of red range (λ = 660 nanometers) intensifies germination of seeds and accelerates hydrolytic disintegration of spare substances owing to stimulation of enzymatic activity as a result of a series of experiences experimentally has been shown.
