The substantiation of technological systems of crop production based on tractors of domestic production for traditional technology of cultivation of agricultural crops
Abstract
This article outlines the results of theoretical studies of the justification of technological systems of plant growing based on domestic tractors for traditional technology of growing c / g crops. The solution of this problem is proposed using MS Excel software, considering a conditional farm, which, in its characteristics, is as close as possible to production conditions. In the process, corresponding technological maps for growing c / g crops for the forest-steppe zone of Ukraine have been drawn up, based on these maps, schedules of loading of domestic tractors have been constructed, their theoretical and operational quantity, operational performance during the year have been determined. All calculations of the quantitative composition of the MTA are performed taking into account the load factor of the MTA, which takes into account the degree of utilization of the working time fund for the execution of the technological operation and makes it possible to eliminate possible downtime even at the calculation stage. Appropriate conclusions are drawn from the results of the results of the theoretical studies.
