The use of modern devices to control the dynamics of mobile agricultural appliances
Abstract
Due to the progress of microelectromechanic systems the cost of inertial sensors the accelerometers in particular becomes available oven for small producing firms of electronic devices. This article deals with possible use of available devices to measure the dynamics of mechanical systems applying the method of determining accelerations. This approach makes it possible to create measuring cells based on accelerometers of comparatively low cost. The purpose of this article is to solve the problem by using measuring systems basiny on accelerometers to determine the parameter dynamics of mobile farm appliances. Nowadays a great problem in the operation of agricultural units is the determination of their dynamic and qualimetric parameters in the operation process. A modern tractor of tractive conception is characterized by rigid parametric dependence between its weight and the power of its engine. This dependence is caused by fact that it is necessary to realize the engine power only though the tractive force and within a limited (by agro technical requirements) speed range. Dynamic stability in following agrarian requirements is affected by controllability movement stability, external loads which assists in changing the quality of their execution. The proposed method of determining accelerations using the devised measuring and registration complex makes it possible to kub up with their change, how the change in dynamics of the mobile unit affects its dynamic stability in the process of movement. The obtained results for the transient process in the unit operation can be used in modeling the loads of cultivating units of various purposes.
