Abstract

The task is solved, which is aimed at reducing the losses of grain products and optimization of technical means in the technological process of harvesting and transporting grain crops. The theoretical substantiation of the expediency of using a drill bunker in the technological process of harvesting grain and leguminous crops has been fulfilled. It was investigated that by incorporating into the technological process the harvesting of grain and legume crops, the bunker - storage device during the group work of grain harvesters may release one or two grain harvesters and several vehicles without changing the terms of harvesting operations. All the farmers know that harvesting is necessary in the short term. With the development of technical means for harvesting, or the creation of new combine harvesters, it also makes the technological process change. As you know, new modern grain harvesters are aimed at increasing productivity, which is an increase in the width of the reaper to 12 meters, the engine capacity to 400 - 500 horsepower and the volume of the bunker to 12m3. If you take into account the last figure and associate it with the volume of the body of a vehicle, which is the majority in agricultural enterprises, then the car of the brand KamAZ has a body volume without 7m3. The ratio of these volumes does not coincide, and for better use of the working time of the combine it is necessary to unload the grain from the bunker into the vehicle in one treatment. So there is a technical problem for the solution of which is the use of a hopper - a drive.
