The concept of the advanced development of machinery and technologies of AIC
Abstract
The global goal is formulated – agriculture of Ukraine in the world aspect should become the best of the best, namely: the most technological, productive and ecological at the same time. The main factors, which prove the achievement of the set goal, are analyzed. The main ones are: 1) land resources; 2) state of land and trends in their changes; 3) ownership of land; 4) labor resources; 5) experience in farming in the system of crop rotations and efficient use of machines. The task of the research is to substantiate the concept of advanced development of machinery and technology of the Ukrainian agroindustrial complex, which takes into account the whole list of actual conditions and problems, and also contains strategy, tactics and stratagems, which we understand as the basic rules for implementing strategy and tactics. According to the proposed strategy, research is proposed to focus on such areas, which will be needed not now, but in a somewhat distant future in accordance with the formula: «Technological tomorrow» will live on the basis of what is, and all resources and scientific research will be directed to «technological day after tomorrow». Tactics involves three provisions: 1) the search for technological bridges in the future – such techno-technological directions that satisfy the conditions of prolonged relevance, that is, those that the decision makers are interested in now, but which will be fully needed in the future – in the aforementioned technological day after tomorrow; 2) a systematic approach to the implementation of the plan; 3) the level of implementation of machinery and technology – «to grow». The main stratagems are: 1) evolution instead of revolution; 2) about a titmouse and a crane; 3) one in the field is not a warrior; 4) from specialization to integration. As an example of the successful implementation of the proposed concept, cooperation with Elvorti (Kropivnitsky, Ukraine) company was developed for the development of machinery and technologies for the joint cultivation of soybeans with corn for feed purposes.
