Construction of a knife of a rotor of a rupture-separating device of a tillage machine
Abstract
The subject of the study is the process of functioning of the working rotor bodies of the soil tillage separating machine, which changes the structure and density of the cultivated layer of soil in accordance with the requirements of agronomic science. The design of the rotary knife of the separating and separating device of the soil-working machine is considered. To determine the value of the relative velocity of the soil element by the blade of the rotor knife, a differential equation with respect to the movement of the element of the soil along the knife blade was made using the method described in the theory of motion of the particle of the soil on the rough surfaces of P. Vasilenko, but in this case the motion of the soil element is not considered on the surface, but by the blade of a knife. The object of the study is more than a rotor, the shape of the working edge which provides its rotation with minimal energy consumption for work. In the course of the work, theoretical studies were carried out using the mechanic and mathematical modeling of the interaction of working bodies with the soil. Initial information to substantiate the study was obtained through the analysis of literary sources. The justification of the design of the rotary knife of the spray-separating device of the soil tillage machine is provided, which will ensure its rotation with minimal energy consumption for work, provided that the soil is spreading less, nd prevent it from being slipped onto the separating grid. The urgency is that the theoretically grounded construction of the knife of the rotor of the spraying separating device of the soil tillage machine will improve the methods of pre-planting soil tillage to improve its agro technical qualities, with minimal energy consumption. The target group of information consumers in the article - designers, specialists who are engaged in the development of soil working bodies.
