Use of integral tractor XTZ-16131 in crop production

Abstract

This article presents the results of theoretical studies of the use of the integrated arable-tilled tractor XTZ-16131 on traditional and energy-saving technologies of growing crops. A feature of this tractor is the ability to use it on sowing and inter-row processing of industrial crops with the use of front and rear hinges on energy-saving technology. To accomplish this task, materials from previous studies of the authors on the substantiation of the technological systems of crop production based on domestic -made tractors in an equivalent farm area of 5,000 hectares were used and analyzed. All tractor loading schedules, performance calculations are done using MS Excel software, the algorithm of which was developed by the authors of this article. This algorithm allows you to adjust the graphics in the "express" mode by changing parameters such as the date of the operation, the duration of the working day, the number of working days, the load level of the MTA. Analysis of the graphs shows that the need for a conventional economy in the total number of tractors has changed in the lower-end energy-saving technology. This change was due to a decrease in the number of YuMZ tractors, the required number of other tractors remained unchanged, but their workload changed during the year. The number of YuMZ tractors has halved in energy-saving technology due to the use of the HTZ-16131 tractor at sowing and inter-row processing of industrial crops.The relevant conclusions were made, which indicated that the possibilities of using the XTZ-16131 tractor are maximally used on energy-saving technology, since it provides for combining operations through the use of a front linkage and the use of wide-grip agricultural machines that optimally load this tractor.
