Tests of the first Ukrainian wheeled-caterpillar tractor HTZ-280T with rubber tracks

Abstract

The article presents the results of the research of the first Ukrainian wheeled caterpillar tractor HTZ-280T of rubber with tracks in the spring of 2015. At the same time, it studied the feasibility and effectiveness of aggregation of the tractor with foreign cars, in this case John Deere the seeder 7200. Determining operational and technological parameters at sowing sunflower aggregate consisting of the tractor HTZ-280Tt mentioned seeder provide high performance – 13.0 hectares per 1 hour of basic time and a fairly low fuel consumption – 2.2 l/ha, which is 40% less than a similar aggregate consisting of a tractor T-150K and domestic seeder SUPN-12. The results of research on the influence caterpillar tractor HTZ-280 T to soil compression, in carrying out sunflower seed processing operations are presented in the article. An indicator of the impact of tractor tracks were soil compaction, which estimated the value of the hardness is defined in the field: on the trail of tracks, off-track («on the field»), as well as on the track wheels wheel tractor T-150K. The results of the compaction of the soil showed that the tracks tractor HTZ-280 t compacted soil layer 0 - 5 cm at 48%, in a layer of 5 - 10 cm, which was produced sowing seeds of sunflower, compacted to 11%. Subsequent layers 10 - 15 cm and 15 - 20 cm compacted by 34% and 17%. Soil compaction tractor wheels T-150K under the same conditions, a layer of 0 - 5 cm was 67% in the 5 - 10 cm layer – 41%, and in layers of 10 - 15 cm and 15 - 20 cm, respectively 58% and 34%. Soil compaction caused by the wheels of the tractor wheel in comparison with sealing caterpillar tractor HTZ-280 t in layer 0 - 5 cm by 30%, while in the layer 5 - 10 cm at 37%. The soil layers of 10 - 15 cm and 15 - 20 cm, respectively more than 34% and 20%.
