Abstract

In article numerical modeling of hot stamping process of bearings forgings rings for agricultural machinery for the purpose of improvement of distribution of fibrous structure in procurement material has been considered. Alternative process of stamping with use of molding in two stages has been offered. In case of numerical modeling of hot stamping process regional contact tasks of heat conductivity and the thermal and plasticity and elastically with the corresponding boundary conditions a finite-element method have been solved. Contact tasks were solved taking into account friction and thermal contact. The fibrous structure of material of procurement has been presented in the form of Lagrange lines which are removed in case of determination of deformed intense parameters procurement condition. Comparison of the received results of stacking pictures of fibers in case of two various processes of stamping showed efficiency of the offered engineering procedure of stamping. This process gives the chance to increase wear resistance of a swing path bearing ring. It allows increasing durability of bearings, thereby ensuring reliable functioning of farm vehicles.
