Abstract

In operation approach to evaluating strength of the working organ of disk harrow in case of impact about a massive rigid barrier is provided. The task of determination of the intense deformed status of a composite construction (a spring stand and a disk) in case of impact loading has been considered by absolutely rigid body. The dynamic contact elastic task has been solved by finite element method in three-dimensional setting. In a contact zone in case of impact interaction of a disk with a massive body friction has been considered. The received distributions of relocation fields and the equivalent tension allow to judge strength of a working organ. The analysis of nature of fatigue failure of the tool has been carried out. Sections of a spring stand which confirm a pattern of origin and development of cracks as a result of accumulation of fatigue damages were specified. It brings to loss of durability in case of a critical overload (impact about a barrier).
