Abstract

The paper presents methodology of analytical determining the quality soil treatment combined aggregate at the project stage of its development. Methodology involves analyzing sequential exposure to the treated environment of working organs various geometric shapes. This makes it possible execute them a rational packaging in the aggregate. The theory of internal tension in the soil underlies the analytical developments. This theory was developed in this study. In the soil, initially there is an internal tension. If the created a working body a power field overcomes, there is a process of crumbling. The ratio of the power field and an internal tension determines the degree of crumbling and dimensions derived structural units. The magnitude of the force field is determined by the surface area of the prism and the specific shear adhesion of soil particles, and the amount of internal stress - force particles adhesion and modulus of elasticity. In the proposed model executed the transition from a discrete definition to the integral of the general soil’s reaction to the action of the working surfaces of tools. It is possible to significantly improve the accuracy of the calculations performed. The paper presents examples of rational acquisition combined aggregates based disk tools, depending on the specific soil conditions in relation to minimum tillage Mini-Till.
