Justification of the model of the influence of therapeutic ultrasonic irradiation on the joint of the animal
Abstract
The question of ultrasound therapeutic radiation of a joint of an animal in case of a disease was considered sinovity. It is known that fluid is always present at a joint, but its quantity considerably increases in case of a sinovita. Accomplishment of medical procedures in case of application of the ultrasonic field has certain features which allow to increase efficiency of treatment process considerably. Calculations intensity of physiotherapeutic influence allow to gain the maximum effect. The joint of an animal represents spherical model in an environment of sinovialny fluid which is mixed with exudate. The pattern of therapeutic distribution ultrasound field by calculations has been given. Generally intensity of scattered therapeutic sound radiation depends on a hade of external radiation at what in the direction of the falling wave intensity of a scattered sound is the highest. At identical elasticity ultrasound waves when density of material is more extend more slowly. In this case the sound field can be calculated in the assumption that action of the falling wave on the way is resulted by a new scattered wave. Both waves – falling and disseminated have to give the normal speed equal to zero on a surface. Sound pressure in the falling wave is determined by the chosen direction of distribution of the flat falling wave along negative coordinate x if the rigid sphere with a radius of r0 is placed at the beginning of coordinates. The flat wave which falls on a spherical barrier will be expressed by the sum of spherical waves which leave the center of the sphere. The developed mathematical model allows to make assessment of numerical parameters of the therapeutic equipment for treatment of joints of animals with application of ultrasonic therapy.
